Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards for using services, systems, and hardware provided by WPG Consulting LLC. As a high-performance technology partner, we require all users of our infrastructure to maintain the highest levels of security and operational integrity.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing WPG systems or managed environments for:

• Unauthorized network probing, scanning, or vulnerability testing.
• Distributing malicious software or facilitating DDoS attacks.
• Engaging in activities that degrade the performance of multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.
• Processing data in violation of regional privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR).

3. AI & Compute Resources

When utilizing WPG-managed AI and high-performance computing (HPC) resources, users must not engage in "adversarial prompting" or activities designed to bypass safety filters or extraction of proprietary model weights.

4. Enforcement

Failure to adhere to this AUP may result in immediate suspension of services and, where necessary, engagement of legal authorities to protect our managed infrastructure.
