Privacy Policy

By accessing or using any services provided by WPG Consulting, LLC ("WPG Consulting"), you agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") incorporated herein by reference. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPG Consulting, LLC against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from any violation of this Policy by you or any party acting on your behalf.

Policy Updates

WPG Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website at https://www.wpgc.ai. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of WPG Consulting, LLC services following the posting of any changes constitutes the Customer's acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification to this Policy, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Customer Responsibility

WPG Consulting, LLC recognizes the open and decentralized nature of the Internet and acknowledges that no single entity owns or governs it in its entirety. Accordingly, WPG Consulting, LLC does not have the ability to monitor, review, or control all activities conducted by Customers or their end users over our network. WPG Consulting, LLC does not intend to — and shall not be obligated to — actively screen, review, censor, edit, or assume responsibility for the activities, content, or conduct of its Customers.

Customers — not WPG Consulting, LLC — bear full and sole responsibility for all aspects of their Internet activity conducted through or in connection with WPG Consulting, LLC services. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• All aspects of the Customer's business operations and commercial activities
• All content and data provided by or transmitted through the Customer's account
• The Customer's own computer hardware, software, and communications systems used to access WPG services
• Any results obtained — directly or indirectly — from the use of WPG Consulting, LLC services
• Full compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and governmental regulations governing the Customer's business and use of the Services
• The conduct and activities of the Customer's end users and clients utilizing WPG Consulting, LLC services

Network Abuse

Using the WPG Consulting, LLC network in any manner that adversely impacts other Customers, third parties, or the integrity of WPG's infrastructure is strictly prohibited. WPG Consulting, LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy with respect to network abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any server, system, or service
• Engaging in Internet phishing scams or any scheme designed to deceive individuals into disclosing passwords, credentials, or other confidential information
• Password theft, compromise, or unauthorized use of another party's credentials
• Security hole scanning directed at WPG's network or any third-party systems
• Port scanning without prior written authorization
• Probing, monitoring, or testing any system or network for vulnerabilities without explicit consent

Any Customer found to be engaged in network abuse may be subject to immediate account suspension or termination, in addition to any applicable civil or criminal penalties.

Illegal Content

WPG Consulting, LLC does not permit the hosting, transmission, or distribution of illegal or harmful content through its network or services. Accounts found to include — or to provide links to — any of the following categories of content may be subject to immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund:

• Content that is unlawful under any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Content considered grossly offensive or harmful to the general web community
• Content that promotes or incites physical injury or harm against any individual or group
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs in illegal activities
• Content that exploits, sexualizes, or depicts minors in a harmful or inappropriate manner
• Content that infringes upon copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property rights, including pirated computer programs, cracker utilities, warez, or unauthorized software serial numbers and registration codes
• Content that violates any law, statute, ordinance, or governmental regulation applicable to the Customer's business or activities

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE)

WPG Consulting, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to the transmission of SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) over its network. Customers are expressly prohibited from sending SPAM or UCE of any kind and may not host websites, pages, or content that is advertised through SPAM or UCE campaigns.

Customers are additionally responsible for the conduct of their own clients and end users. Each Customer must take all reasonable and necessary precautions to secure their servers, email systems, and web applications against exploitation for SPAM purposes — including but not limited to securing open email relays and insecure CGI scripts.

Upon detection or notification of a SPAM or UCE policy violation, WPG Consulting, LLC will:

• Initiate an immediate investigation into the reported violation
• Suspend outgoing mail service from the offending IP address during the investigation to prevent further violations
• Impose penalties and, at WPG Consulting, LLC's sole discretion, restrict or permanently terminate the offending account and the Customer's access to the WPG network
• In cases of repeated or egregious violations, terminate the account immediately and without further notice

Investigation Fee: WPG Consulting, LLC reserves the right to assess a minimum charge of $200.00 USD per complaint for the investigation and resolution of SPAM or UCE-related violations. This charge is in addition to any other remedies available to WPG Consulting, LLC under this Policy or applicable law.

Administrative Login and Management Software

To support the efficient management of its data center, network infrastructure, and server environment, WPG Consulting, LLC maintains dedicated and shared servers equipped with master administrative accounts, management credentials, and proprietary daemon software. These tools are essential to the security, stability, and performance of the WPG network.

WPG Consulting, LLC takes all reasonable precautions to safeguard these administrative tools and to protect the privacy of Customer data. Customers are expressly prohibited from tampering with, hindering, deleting, circumventing, or in any way altering the function of these administrative tools. Any such action — whether intentional or otherwise — constitutes a material violation of this agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of the Customer's account, in addition to any other legal remedies WPG Consulting, LLC may pursue.

Account Cancellation

This Privacy Policy and the associated Acceptable Use Policy are not exhaustive in their enumeration of prohibited conduct. WPG Consulting, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time and without warning or prior notice, for any reason WPG Consulting, LLC deems appropriate.

In the event that a Customer's account is suspended or terminated as a result of a violation of this Policy or the AUP, no refund of any fees previously paid will be issued. Customers are encouraged to review all policies regularly to ensure continued compliance and uninterrupted service.
